Water Safety Awareness Program

Swim Dynamics is proud to support and deliver the Water Safety Awareness Program delivered by the Northern Territory Government and Royal Life Saving NT.

 

The Water Safety Awareness Program is a Northern Territory Government initiative, as a part of the Five Point Water Safety Plan introduced in 2002 to reduce the rate of drowning and near drowning incidents of children aged under 5.

The program consists of a dry information session and vouchers to be redeemed with registered swim schools. These sessions provide instruction in emergency care, resuscitation skills and water awareness utilising both in and out of water activities.

​

The program requires parents/guardians to attend a Water Safety Information session and then they will receive four vouchers (a total of $50) to contribute to the cost of swimming lessons with a registered swim school.
